RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Whilst we hope you will love the products you ordered, we want you to know that returns or exchanges are possible and below is more info in this regard.
How long do I have to apply for a refund?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not emailed us at firstname.lastname@example.org, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once you have emailed us, we will send you a form to complete.
What requirements do I need to meet to be eligible for a refund?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Who pays for delivery to return my order?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When doing so, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or possibly purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
What happens if Made by Nature is out of stock of the product I have ordered?
While we strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, this may not always be possible. Should it happen that any product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.
What about sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Can I return my item to your warehouse?
Unfortunately, you cannot return your item to our warehouse, we can only accept returns via courier, as discussed above.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been collected by the courier company, it cannot be cancelled and we cannot refund you. The only way to get a refund would be to courier the items back to us at your cost.
What happens once Made by Nature has received my order?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund within a few days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What about exchanges?
If you wish to exchange, please e-mail us within 7 days. The process is the same as that for refunds. Once a refund has been processed, you will be able to purchase the product you wish.
What happens if any of the items I receive are defective or damaged?
We will replace items at our cost if they are defective or damaged. These items can only be replaced with the same products. In order to do this, please send us an e-mail within 2 working days from when the goods were received.
What if I receive the incorrect product?
If you have not received the right products, please e-mail us within 2 working days so we can rectify this immediately.
