Where do you deliver?

Please note orders within South Africa only. We unfortunately cannot deliver to remote areas, such as farms or mining areas. Our orders are shipped via courier from Johannesburg. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address or your delivery will be delayed.

How long will it take?

We try our best to get your order delivered to you as quick as possible. In general, orders received Monday to Friday up until 1pm, will leave our premises the same day. Orders can take from 1-5 working days for delivery depending on the destination. Usually, it takes 2-3 days to Cape Town, 1-2 days to Durban and 1-2 days in and around Jhb. You will  receive an e-mail allowing you to conveniently track your order. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or a strike, your order may take longer than 7 days. 

What courier company do you use?

We partner with Uafrica and they utilise Dawn Wing, Courier Guy, Courier It, Internet Express, Sky Net and MDS Couriers. Once an order is received, they will recommend a courier that can deliver to your area in the shortest time possible. You will receive a tracking number and you can easily track your parcel on our website. Made by Nature will also keep track of your delivery. When do deliveries take place?

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter.

We deliver between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday.

What if there is no-one available to accept my delivery? 

Kindly ensure that you or someone else are at home during delivery hours. Else you may want to use your work address. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged. However, this will delay delivery. 

Do I personally have to accept delivery?

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

We strive to ensure that stock levels are 100% accurate, but should it happen that any product is out of stock or we do not have the quantity you have ordered, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a refund.

What happens if the box is broken?

Please do not accept a box if the seal is broken or tampered with. If you do, we cannot replace any missing items. Rather let us know immediately so we can contact the courier company.

Whilst our packers are trained to effectively pack boxes in a way that avoids spillages, unfortunately there have been occasions where this has occurred and can also be attributed to how the package is handled in transit. We welcome your feedback in this regard and feel free to send us pics. We will do our best to replace any damaged item or refund you if we don't have stock. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been collected by the courier, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled. 

What does delivery cost?

All orders over R450 will receive Free Delivery.

For orders from R250 to R449, delivery is R60.

For orders under R250, delivery is R75.
